SAULT STE. MARIE -
Finally, Sault Police
are investigating a
possible dog bite which
resulted in the
hospitalization of a
six-year-old girl on
Saturday.
According to reports,
the girl and her mother
were petting a small dog
when the youngster
sustained an injury to
her face. Witnesses were
unable to say whether
the dog scratched the
girl or delivered a bite
to her face. She was
treated for the minor
injury at War Memorial
Hospital.
The entire matter has
been forwarded to animal
control.
