On May 10 at approximately 1530 hours I, Patrolman Thompson, met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a dog bite complaint. The victim had been jogging in the Belfield Road-Robinson Woods area when an unleashed brown poodle appeared. As he passed the dog nipped and upon returning home he noticed that bite had broken the skin.
