stricter in terms of control and restrictions!

relocate it you MUST turn it over to the humane society to be destroyed or
face heavy fines or jail time.
-higher registration fees for licensing a pitbull in the city($50) -must pay
an "application" fee ($10) -only pitbulls licensed in the city allowed in
city, no visiting pitbulls unless for a vet visit in which the owner must
pay the city ($10) -higher fines for pitbull owners for various offences -pitbulls
must be microchipped Etc.
