Pit bulls are banned since
2001, the law was signed by the governor in
1999. Pit bull owners before the law where
required to neutered and spayed immediately. the
law now required all pit bulls have to be
registered and always carried a collar device,
visits to the home to watch the behavior or the
dogs and to see the conditions where the dog is
living. pit bull owners are required to have a
open area depending on the sizes of the dog.
also required to have a fence no less than 5
feet. is a lot in the law but yes they are
banned from PR.
